To assist with the completion of scheduled checks as per the SMS Food Safety & Health & Safety Manual.Provide coaching for all members of staff to ensure that they preform to the best of their ability.Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations & identifying training gaps.All aspects of the relevant catering offer in place and updated as required. To undertake Food & Health Safety Audits in relation to service delivery / offer compliance, as requested.Monitor compliance with company and government regulations, regarding customer service, food preparation and serving, and building maintenance in the dining facility.Continuously anticipate customer needs and ensuring a great experience for each customer.To assist as directed with all aspects of preparation and presentation of food to the company’s standard and ensuring adherence to legislation including HACCP.Deputise for the General Manager in their absence.Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
